SNAP Resources

Part of this class includes developing and assessing your ability to follow instruction perfectly. Additionally, you are expected to work you way through challenging situations.

To the left are tutorials and Knowledge Check (KC) forms that will help you get through these challenges. If the videos do not play, you will have to download and install the Quicktime Player from Apple. As I create them, the list will increase.The KC documents are in Word 2007 format. In The videos are not the best in quality due to time and file size limitations.

Remember, if you don't follow the instructions in SNAP and your text exactly, you will not receive full credit for the document assessments.

The feedback provided by SNAP is color coded to help you identify where mistakes occure.

1. Red indicates the text was entered incorrectly.
2. Pink denotes paragraphs where formatting is incorrect, while accompanying green shows what the correct formatting should look like.
3. Text highlited in yellow lists the type error made.
4. This information is contained in the Student User Guide on page 18.
